Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase.Some parts of the Service are billed on aannual subscription basis. You will be billed in advance for the entire period.
Kindly note for some services thru respective web site, orders placed will be automatically deleted after 15 days. A fresh order need to be placed again.
Our websiteshas link to payment gateway wherever required where IEEMA has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that IEEMA shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Details for Online Payment:
1. Please note that a convenience fee i.e. Gateway charges may be levied by Master/Visa/others will be applicable for credit card. Gateway charges are waived Off for Net Banking, Debit card , UPI, Digital Wallet & Cash Card payments.
2. In case of duplicate/multiple payment, it is to be brought to our notice with relevant evidences to adjust the same with your mutual agreement.
3. To avoid fraudulent transaction, it is recommended not to reveal details of your card to anybody; make payment yourself without going through any channels/agents.
4. Do not open multiple payment windows simultaneously. For multiple users, make payments one at a time.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
